Location was excellent for the purpose of our stay in Tunbridge Wells, easy drive to cricket ground plus it was convenient for Sainsbury's. Beds were very, very comfy and despite weather being sweltering it was easy to ventilate using windows throughout. There was everything we required to prepare meals, wash clothes and be comfortable. As it was a cul de sac the location was quiet. Had occasion to speak to admin. beforehand regarding a query about booking, they kept in touch and it was reassuring to know we could contact them if we had encountered any problems. We should certainly stay there again.
